Step 1. Simply bring your old dilute fabric softener cap of any brand to any ASDA store.
Step 2. Hand in to a sampling person on the Fabric softener aisle, however if unavailable, please go to the customer services desk to collect your coupon for your FREE bottle of Lenor concentrate.
It says all Asda stores are doing this but then has a list of participating stores, the small print at the bottom lets you check different regions.
I think this is just valid on the 5th & 6th of September but can't be sure, maybe somebody could comment if they know :-)
