She gets about 100 emails a day saying "This users email box is full" or "This user has deleted their email account" or "Invalid user" etc etc

I'm getting 400 returned emails a day at the moment, so please make sure you have updated your email address in your profile!
We'll be having a Database clearout in the next few days...

I am having an Autumn clean up of the user database. If an email gets returned because the users email address no longer exists and the member hasn't logged in for 6 months, then the user will be removed from the database, and would need to re register with a valid address.
If one of the peope you referred gets removed, your referral count will go down.
