It isn't just NatWest. It's Lloyds, Barclays, Alliance & Leicester and another but the name escapes me. I don't do internet banking so automatically delete each and every one of them.

when you get them... let the actually bank know, some times they like you to forward them on to them too so they can investigate! some ppl are just so rude, and unfort many ppl get caught out

Thought this may be helpful,to forward scam/spoof emails to.Its the email address for reporting fraud etc and is used by all the major banks.

Ooooh yeah, I got one today from paypal, it said needed to click a link to varify my account details, it didn't have their logo on it and didin't look right so I sent it off to paypal, turned out to be a phising email.

thanks for the warning! have alot of them come through, but always delete them as i dont have accounts with the named banks or do online banking.

You can tick the box & click on phishing and it disappears from your inbox like hey presto Princess

I had one from abbey and everytime I clicked on it my computer crashed,I rang up the bank and they said they never email their customers, and they are scams hoping people will log in with their acc no. and password, then the scamers have their details,
their advice was if in doubt ring up bank to check.

is that reports email addy to report all dodgy emails from any bank?????????

Hi Marie.Yep that email address is to forward any suspicious emails, phishing, bank scams, and bogus lottery wins from Nigeria etc.It is operated by all the banks, and they can then gain vital intelligence on the perpatrators and hopefully shut them down. You won,t recieve any replies, but you,ll be doing everyone a favour because if the banks don,t know about them they can,t clamp down on the scum who con millions every year, especially the old and the gullible.
