ive just logged on and i have no points im a novice and all my profiles need filling in again, i had enough for 3 hmv vouchers and was a bout to redeem them ffs, has anyone got a contact email address or anything im really peeved at this now as it takes long enough to get the points let alone lose em

Hi Bunny. It's ****ed my account up as well and I know I had over 60,000 points the last time I looked. I have just sent them an email querying it. Try this contact us addy. I saved it the last time I found it.

my points say 1,000 have lost 30,000 points ? wonder whats going on the whole site seems bit of a mess

what do you do to find out how many you have, like were do you go ?

Missing points and other site glitches

As many of you have noticed, your points balance has been reset and so has your profile completion percentage. Please do not be alarmed, this is a temporary problem related to the latest release; we are working to fix it as soon as possible, and once this issue is resolved, your points’ balance will be restored in full.

You may also encounter problems when attempting to convert your points or when attempting to sign up for a product test; these problems should all be resolved shortly.

I had a reply. Their records have all the points on it even though they aren't showing at my end. They have done some upgrading and they are having a few teething probs which they hope to sort out asap.
