I keep getting surveys from them that when I try to fill them out they get to about 85% completed and then say 'oh sorry you're not part of the group we're looking for'. Havent had any points since I joined and starting to suspect thats its a bit of con if I've answered all those questions then get nothing - has anyone else had a similar experience with them?

It's happened before with me as well. But just put it down to technical problems.Last week I had more than 10 surveys from theM short ones earning me 5 points each. They are very good though.

I joined ages ago and for a while I had quite a few surveys that I could never complete as 'I wasn't part of the target group' after nearly finishing the survey and not had anything for a while now so I think I may give this one up.

After my above comment I checked my emails. Guess what a survey worth 200 points (£2) thought to myself lets see if I can complete this one. It was on technology. I answered all the questions on technology, then they asked general household questions i.e how many living in your household, do you have children under 16 so I thought it was general questions to put interviewees into groups considering I had completed 90% of the survey and I was going to get paid but then this little message came after answering the question about children ''Thank you for choosing to participate in our research. Unfortunately the quotas that you fit in to are now full.' So they now have all my data and no payment

ive never had this problem normally they ask you at first before the actual survey begins then at the end they sometimes ask too so if you put in a different answer then maybe thats why, hth

Firefly, you should email them and complain, they must have records to prove what you've done. That's not on really, you should get something for your time.

Thanks Tracey, I did email them straight away after I finished the survey yesterday but I have not had a reply. And Bunny no I didn't change any answers and they were different questions at the end of the survey to the ones they asked at the begining.

firefly, that has happened to me lots of times and they didnt even bother replying to any of my emails. Havent had anything of them for a long time now either!

Thanks for sharing sarahb. I won't bother sending anymore emails then its not worth the effort by the sounds of it and IF I get anymore surveys I will just delete them.
