Hi all, is anyone els haveing trouble logging onto the ipsos members page? or is it just me, everytime i use the link it says error, been trying for over a week, i need to check my point ballence. can anyone help, never had trouble before.

have u got an email they have sent u? near the bottom it has a link, i had the same problem, but used the link in the email sent today and it worked.... good luck

yep i just used link in email and it worked ok for me , try it again i have had that before but it worked in the end

Marie, thanks but the only email i have is the one they sent me when i joined and the link in that is the one thats not working, am wondering if they have changed the link?

oh i had that problem vicky, it is most probably the browser your using.. as i had to clear all cookies etc n then go into micro softs outlook browser and access the site from there. As at the moment some sites do not recognise a hand full of the browsers that are not windows etc related ex firefox. give that a whirl n see what happens.

same link as above but it worked OK for me just now. I went via an email they had sent before that I kept.

Sorry to post again but I just had a thought. You are clicking on the country bit first aren't you to UK/England/English.

ok and thanks to you all. i am useing internet explorer and have allways used it, i have cleared all cookies, i am useing the same link that you have all put up but it just wont bring the page up at all, it has a blank screen that just says internet explorer cannot display the web page. ipsos are saying the i must of typed the address wrong but i use the link in the email i have from them and have allways used. my daughter has also tryed it and it still not working

well a friend came round and had a fiddle with my computer and now ipsos has come back ya, and i had enoughf points to order another voucher, so that makes £45 in vouchers this year. thank you to everyone who gave advice, but it looks like it was a tecnical hitch from my end

i joined ipsos i don't get any invites for surveys and consequently no points whats wrong can any one help ?

depends how long ago you joined, can take several weeks before stuff gets sent to you, if you have your id number go on the site and do the survey of the month, hope this helps, and just so you know they can take up to 3 weeks to credit your points and when you order a voucher that can also take about 3 weeks to be delivered but i do think its worth it

hi, vicky m i emailed them but they have just replyed by saying that it will take time to process data and that the log on deatils will be emailed to me (i didn't quite get this bit beacuse i have a password and so on so i can logon to ipsos ( a login deatils provided by ipsos not my own) by this i mean i do have an ID number

what do you think this means ?

Hi, probobly a standard email, i have had a couple of them from them, and they often avoid the original question. sorry can't be of any usefull help. did u try and do the survey of the month? if you log in you should see a banner with survey of the month ritten on it click on that abd see what happens. good luck

ok first of all make sur eyou havent got there addy on block or goign into to your spam box, check you got the details of there web address n email address correctly. if your not still getting emails through then you need to be patcient n send a nice contact stating what system your using, what the problem is and what you have done so far. this will help them out emensly and they should get back to you within 48 hours

ive had quite a few invites for surveys lately and had two today from them. only thing annoye dme was gt half way through one and they did the usual of im not target group.
