I have seen a few adverts for this and they were asking for money to register.
I am sure there are company's who would love to have you on their panel but be careful who you sign up with.

This is free to register and you complete certain assignments for them, like going to chemists or bars and asking for a certain product and rating their customer service. You are covered for expenses (up to the amount they state) and are given a fee for the assignment. Hope this is what you are after. xx
