Get paid in stamps for posting things 20 Replies

I currently take part in a royal mail monitoring survey, I get sent regular items that I have to post, inputting the time, date and where posted onto a web site. For doing this I get 18 first class stamps a month and can enter a daily draw for £10 shopping voucher. I also get entry into regular draws for larger amounts usually £750 vouchers. (they often do other surveys, I just got £6 high street vouchers for having mis-addressed mail sent to me and recording it)
I have received an email asking if I know anyone in the following postcode areas that would like to do this.
EC, G, W, SW, WC, BR, BT, RM, FY, NW, TW, E, SY, TA, DT, HA, UB, ML, N, TF, WR,
If you live in any of these area’s I can put your details forward to do this. Just send me an email at wizardcal@hotmail.com include your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address and I will send your details on to refer you. The only way to sign up with them is through referral. You must have access to the internet and be able/willing to post and receive test items.

We all complain about the standard of royal mail, this program tracks mail, so they can identify problem areas and make improvements. It is run by an independent company, not by royal mail itself.

This is not a scam, I have been doing this for several months now. Yes I will get paid for referring you, but only if you are still doing this after three months.

Now if I'd known it was that easy to be able to refer someone for £25 worth of vouchers....I'd have done it and offered you all a cut!

Quite a few of us here do this survey but none of us were cheeky enough to ask if anyone wanted referring

Posted by Leigh on Thursday, 7th February 2008, 7:45pm

Some people are making a mint out of referring people for this survey, I do the survey but would never dream of touting for business on here
Posted by chucklemandy on Saturday, 9th February 2008, 8:30am
if they do TS postcodes where do i sign up?
Posted by Leigh on Sunday, 10th February 2008, 8:44pm
I for one don't see any actual harm in asking and i certainly don't see it as touting for business.

I don't see my postcode there so if any of you ladies or gents would like someone to refer and the LS postcode comes up just let me know and i will gladly sign up.

Here's a link to it, it's the way most of us in here joined up to it, I've not done a direct link as this might give you all some more information if you see our comments about it first, some of the stuff looks hard to do when you get the instructions but it's quite easy really, they just word it to make it sound hard!lol

They have just chnged the incentive payments for this one, you will now get 12 1st class and 4 1st class large letter stamps - which for me will be a pain cos I never send large letters,

same here fiona and I've been sending emails to them telling them that, they said they'll review it if they get enough feedback so if you don't like the changes PLEASE email them and tell them you don't and keep doing that till they change it back. I know the larger stamps are good for some people but you can add small value stamps to the ones we used to get, I (and others who don't like this change) cant rip them apart to get back the extra 2 that I've lost
Posted by SinfulKim on Friday, 3rd October 2008, 1:57pm
I don't mind the new stamps
Posted by Nicky. (Site Admin) on Friday, 3rd October 2008, 2:22pm
I dont like the idea of that either, I dont use the big stamps, so i'll end up with loads of them
Posted by cuddly on Friday, 3rd October 2008, 10:44pm
I joined but then got told they had enough people in my area so I couldn't do it anymore.
Posted by Chrin on Saturday, 4th October 2008, 9:19am
They said they will review it after a while, but not said how long it will be.
My suggestion is email them and complain about the new incentives, if they get enough feedback then they will have to listen and do something about it.
They said it was changed due to requests from pannelists, what really bugs me is they changed it without asking for opinions from all of us first - thought Kantar was a market research company
