as many of you know, im due to give birth the beginning of April. but 2 weeks ago when i went to my antenatal clinic i found out that the baby has dropped from the 90th centile to the 15th so they sent me for a scan. that put the baby on the 10th so they wanted to see me today to see how she (we found out!!) is growing and it turns out that she isnt as much as she should be. she is now -10centile.

has anyone else had this problem? the hopsital want to see me again next week for another scan and im trying to stay positive, but its hard to when nobody knows why my baby isnt growing and they keep stressing that if i dont notice her move as much, i should go straight to hospital-its like their expecting somthing to go wrong.

Get them 2 check your amniotic fluid level my son was born 1lb 13 oz and it was due to my amniotic level. He is now 10 and weighs 72lbs

A lot of babies have a rest froom growing before they are born. Try not to worry yourself too much. 2 of my grandsons were born a bit early & she had been told they had stopped growing. By the by, they were 4lbs in weight.
Good Luck

I was told my 1st baby was growing too slowly and was scanned every 2 weeks for the last 12 weeks of my pregancy to monitor her weight gain.

I was told to expect a low birth weight baby. Hannah was born on her due date with no complications weighing 8lb 1oz
