I've tried quite a few Marie, but just can't stick to them!
I think it's swings & roundabouts, they all have good & bad points!
Like with Slimming World you can eat loads of stuff for 'free' but not much sweet stuff but with Weight Watchers almost everything is counted but at least you can have the odd biscuit etc!

the slim fast one is ok i lost a stone last year on that one, but it gives ya really bad wind, a friend of mine goes to a local weight lost clinic its £35 for a month and ya take some tablets apparently they suppress ya appitite, shes lost 7lb with it and only been doing it 2 weeks, i think im gonna do that, cause by the time you weigh up the ammount of food and clubs it will cost ya more in the long run? ive done the slimming world one too, but cause ya can eat loadsa free foods, after ya come of it ya put more weight on cause ya used to eating loadsa food

i've been doing weigh****hers for 19 months and have lost nearly 3 stone and now at my goal weight so its now free. its all about will power and i found that by having a weekly weigh in i was more careful about what i ate. its easier if you go with a freind because you can support each other.i'd have given up ages ago if i hadn't had that support.glad i did'nt now though.

I eat nothing but fruit til noon and then stop eating any carbs after 6pm, I have been doing that for over a year so it has become a habit now and I lost 3 stone. It is really hard at first and got really boring eating fruit but I started to get loads of different types and chopped it all ready in the fridge and it helped so much.
good luck!

Here's how I tackle my weight.I eat anything I want but in tiny portions.Normally my diet consists of loads of fresh fruit and vegetables. No meal is complete without a selection of vegetables.Apples all kinds fill my day and plenty of water. If I am to have biscuits or chocolates it has to be once in a while and in very small portions.Wholewheat cereals and bread.Brown sugar instead of white.Over time you will be trim as well as exercise like walking or going up and down stairs including housework. When cooking meats I use the grill almost always.Hope it helps. As for the tummy try lying on your tummy everytime you sleep.

I recommend weight watchers. I went to meetings a few years ago and did well. Now my son 9also born by c-section) is 15 months old i started going to meetings again last Thursday.
Have just come home from the meeting now and have lost 4 and half pounds in my first week.
