How do I sign up to ZFreebies?

Simply click on Register. This will bring you to a form. Fill out your details and click the Register box at the bottom. You then need to check your email and look out for an email from ZFreebies - subject is ZFreebies Registration. Click the link in the email or copy and paste it into your browser, to verify your email address. We send the email out straight away, however it may take a little while for it to reach you. Please also check your Bulk Mail and Spam Folders just in case.

If you dont click on the verify link the same day as you register, we will send a reminder for the next 2 days, and then on the 3rd day, the information you entered will be deleted from our system.

Why should I register with ZFreebies?

The latest 5 days of freebies are only available to members. If you want to be one of the first to apply for a freebie, you need to be a member.

As a member you also receive the ZFreebies email which alerts you to the latest freebies. Quite a few freebies are limited in quantity, so it's best to be one of the first to request it to have the best chance of getting it.

I've signed up, but I haven't received my verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam and bulk mail folders - the email sometimes ends up in there. If you still can't see it, please contact us at help@zfreebies.com.

How do I suggest a freebie?

How do I unsubscribe from ZFreebies?

You can either click the unsubscribe link which can be found at the bottom of the daily and weekly emails we send, or contact us at help@zfreebies.com.

How do I let other people know that I received my freebie?

Find the listing for the freebie you received - you can search for it using the search box if you need to, then click on Comments. Type in your message and click "Post". If we don't have a photo of that freebie, we'd love it if you could take a picture of it (make sure you don't leave your address or personal details on show) and email it to us help@zfreebies.com. The picture will be credited to you.

How do I post a comment about a freebie I received?

Find the listing for the freebie you received - you can search for it using the search box if you need to, then click on Comments. Type in your message and click "Post". We don't expect all comments to be positive, so please be honest!

The freebie link I clicked does not work, what should I do?

Firstly, try the link again, sometimes that does the trick. Also, some freebies do not work properly in Mozilla Firefox, so try it again in Internet Explorer. If it still doesn't work - go back to the freebie description, and click on Report Broken. This will let us know it needs looking into so we can fix it, or remove it.

What does rate this freebie mean? How do I rate a freebie?

Rating a freebie means giving it a mark out of 5. If the freebie has 5 grey stars, it has not been rated. 1 yellow star means it has got a poor rating, 5 yellow stars mean it has an excellent rating. Simply click on one of the stars to rate it. Click on the 1st one to give it a bad rating, and the last one to give it the best rating. You can also click on the stars in between.

The competition/freebie has expired, what should I do?

Go back to the freebie description and click on Report Broken.

Will I really get free stuff?

Yes you will! Giving away freebies is a legitimate way for people/companies to get you interested in their products.

What if I don't receive my freebie?

There are usually limited numbers of most freebies, so try to be one of the first to request them to have the best shot at receiving them (see Why should I register with ZFreebies?). There are no guarantees however, at least you don't have to pay anything out.

How will you use my personal information?

Please be assured that ZFreebies will not sell your information to other companies. Your details are safe with us and are only used so we can get a better idea of our member base, and so we can target things to you in the future.

How do I change my username/password/details etc?

Log into ZFreebies and click on Edit User Details. The register form that you filled in pops up. Change whatever details you wish then click Update Details.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Click on Lost Password in the Log In box on the top right. Type in your email address and click Submit. Your password will be emailed to you.

Why was my comment deleted?

We reserve the right to delete comments that include swearing, are hard to read, include email addresses or phone numbers, or are off topic etc. Please check you are within the Forum rules before posting.

I need help! What should I do?

Firstly check your question hasn't been answered here. If it hasn't, you can either post in the Help Forum, where one of the Admin's will get back to you, or you may contact us at help@zfreebies.com.
